After marking the right turn onto King George Street, there will be a gated
entrance on your right. (about 100 yards after you turn onto King George Street)
Make the right thru that gate and building 579 will be straight ahead on your
left. We will have smoke school signs posted beginning at this gate. The signs look like a Harley Davidson sign. If you get lost, stop and ask the gate guard for the central heating plant.  Map and Driving Directions

Attention all contact personnel: Please make sure to relay all of the information about smoke school to your employees. Be sure to include the agenda, driving directions and what to bring. If your employees do not have access to the internet, you should print the information and distribute it to the employees. Otherwise you can simply email the specific links to your employees. I appreciate your cooperation.

The report time for each day is 8 AM. When you register please include the day you want to attend. We should be finished with the field-testing by 11:30 AM each day. If all of your personnel can not attend the 8 AM session, please include this information on your Registration form or  Contact us email or phone ahead of time and we will be more than happy to add additional test sessions during the day if needed. Please send all people who need the classroom for the first field session at  8 AM.

 this park does not take pavilian reservations on week days. It is first come first serve. There should not be any competition.  Update Sept 2  Annapolis, MD - When I called Truxton Park to make the change, the person we normally work with (Claire) no longer works there.  I was told that an error was made when they originally accepted our reservation.  They do not take reservation for weekdays.  They will be returning our $75 that we initially paid.  Weekdays are free and on a first come first serve basis.  They no longer take reservations for weekdays.  I would figure with it being October there shouldn't be a lot of demand for the park and Dave usually sets up starting at 7AM, so most likely would be the first ones there.  Let me know how you would like us to handle this.
There are 4 people registered, all from one company.  I will notify them of the date change as soon as I hear back from you on how you want us to proceed.
