Field-test at Dogwood Shelter Picnic Shelter # 2
The field-test will be followed by the classroom. If the weather is mild, we will hold the classroom in the shelter. If it is too cold we will hold the classroom at our hotel/just follow us

What to bring Refer a Friend to Smoke School Weather Report Hotels and lodging Donuts
The report time for each day is 8 AM. When you register please include the day you want to attend. We should be finished with the field-testing by 11:30 AM each day. If all of your personnel can not attend the 8 AM session, please include this information on your Registration form or Contact us email or phone ahead of time and we will be more than happy to add additional test sessions during the day if needed. Please send all people who need the classroom for the first field session at 8 AM.
Attention all contact personnel: Please make sure to relay all of the information about smoke school to your employees. Be sure to include the agenda, driving directions and what to bring. If your employees do not have access to the internet, you should print the information and distribute it to the employees. Otherwise you can simply email the specific links to your employees. I appreciate your cooperation.

note to whitlow crew. You must bring a copy of our Usage Permit. Make sure you pick this up at the our office before you leave for the trip. This is urgent. We got kicked out of the park last time because we did not bring it. The use aggrement has been submitted for April school
