or 1109 Arnold St- GATE 4. No safety briefing for Smoke School attendees, but you may need to sign in with Security.

Attention all contact personnel: Please make sure to relay all of the information about smoke school to your employees. Be sure to include the agenda, driving directions and what to bring. If your employees do not have access to the internet, you should print the information and distribute it to the employees. Otherwise you can simply email the specific links to your employees. I appreciate your cooperation.

The report time for each day is 8 AM. When you register please include the day you want to attend. We should be finished with the field-testing by 11:30 AM each day. If all of your personnel can not attend the 8 AM session, please include this information on your Registration form or  Contact us email or phone ahead of time and we will be more than happy to add additional test sessions during the day if needed. Please send all people who need the classroom for the first field session at  8 AM.

April 30, 2010  good to go, verified Feb 8, and March 17- but Rhodia is only sending 4 peope and only one other registered. We will cancel the school if 10 are not registered by April 1.

Attn safety Video Required for whitlow employees/ arrive at the plant the day before to take video.

Video for whitlow employees. Security offers the safety video 24/7, so no problem to see the video at 6:30AM.

 

The other visitors do not have to see the video since they will not be working at the plant.

Our address is 1020 State St, Chicago Heights, IL 60411, but in order to see the safety video you need to go to 1101 Arnold Street at 6 30 AM sharp.  When the safety video has been seen, please enter gate 4 on State Street and park your vehicle in an area next to the car parking lot.

Specific location where to enter the plat and where to park the trailer. In the Spring it will go against the fence across from the blue building behind Gate 4.

In the Fall it will be against the blue building, right beside the glass entrance doors, behind Gate 4.

The whole area where the school is held is the perfect size and people can't miss the smoke machine if they drive down State Street past Gate 4.

Sun shifts a bit depending on the seasons. We couldn't have asked for more ideal conditions/set up for the school on Thursday, all was excellent.
