Dates: November 4, 2010 --This is a one day smoke school Report time 8 AM Agenda 

Location: Cleveland Metroparks, W J Green Lodge Picnic Shelter. in Mill Stream Run Reservation. The W J Green Lodge is located at map grid coordinates 41.35N  81.84W on Valley Parkway a few hundred yards west of the intersection of South Eastland Road near Middleburg Heights Ohio. We will post smoke school signs beginning at the intersection of Valley Parkway and South Eastland Road. From this intersection go west, and you will pass a dangerous curve, pass under the Ohio Turnpike, and pass under a railroad tack, and the East Branch of the Rocky River. We always get a few people lost. Please print out these directions and give them to your employees.

Attention all contact personnel: Please make sure to relay all of the information about smoke school to your employees. Be sure to include the agenda, driving directions and what to bring. If your employees do not have access to the internet, you should print the information and distribute it to the employees. Otherwise you can simply email the specific links to your employees. I appreciate your cooperation.

The report time for each day is 8 AM. When you register please include the day you want to attend. We should be finished with the field-testing by 11:30 AM each day. If all of your personnel can not attend the 8 AM session, please include this information on your Registration form or  Contact us email or phone ahead of time and we will be more than happy to add additional test sessions during the day if needed. Please send all people who need the classroom for the first field session at  8 AM.

Go ahead and set the machine up the day before the school. You will need to call the park office the day before to meet you at the gate. so you can set up the machine. Remind them to open the gate at 7 AM on the day of the school. You may have to go by the park office to pick up the key. 9485 Eastland Road, Berea, OH

First thing in the morning of the school, build a fire in the lodge fireplace, Firewood is in the back storage room. Bring the permit Download the permit
