I know you have heard this before. I think I hear it every single time I am on hold. After the first 15 minutes on hold, I doubt that they even want to talk to me at all. But this time it is from the heart. I value you as a person and as a customer. I need you- I love being with you and hearing what ever you have to say. It is just my nature. I can't help it. I guess it is a Southern Thing.
