Driving Directions From Loogootee, Hwy 231 north for about 12 miles, Watch for sign for Raglesville Road (County Road 950 North, and turn left. Go about a mile and watch for the Big S Curve. Dave's house is in the curve on your left. Watch for smoke school signs.
This is a one day school. I expect just a few students and we should be completely finished in by 3:30 PM in one day.

What to bring Weather Report Refer a Friend to Smoke School
Lodging and hotels. I highly recommend Lodging Gasthof Amish Village The hotel is close to smoke school. The rooms are immaculate and the Buffet of Amish Food is out of this world. When you leave the hotel turn right on CR 650. Go 1 mile to Highway 50 east to Loogootee, then follow Hwy 231 North to Raggelsdale Road. Turn left and go to the big S curve. Dave's house in on your left in the curve. Watch for the smoke school trailer and sheds with tractors. Other hotels in the area.
This smoke school will feature an optional nighttime certification training session.
Indiana Amish Country
Attention all contact personnel: Please make sure to relay all of the information about smoke school to your employees. Be sure to include the agenda, driving directions and what to bring. If your employees do not have access to the internet, you should print the information and distribute it to the employees. Otherwise you can simply email the specific links to your employees. I appreciate your cooperation.
The report time for each day is 8 AM. When you register please include the day you want to attend. We should be finished with the field-testing by 11:30 AM each day. If all of your personnel can not attend the 8 AM session, please include this information on your Registration form or Contact us email or phone ahead of time and we will be more than happy to add additional test sessions during the day if needed. Please send all people who need the classroom for the first field session at 8 AM.
