Pikeville Kentucky Smoke School in Pikeville Kentucky- EPA Visible Emissions Training With A Smile- Method 9 and 22 Opacity Training and Certification and free lunch by Whitlow Enterprises. Designed for the coal mining or aggregate industry, but open to all industries alike.
This is a special school designed as requested for the Coal Mining Industry from Kentucky, West Virginia, Virginia, Ohio, Tennessee, and Indiana.

Attention all contact personnel: Please make sure to relay all of the information about smoke school to your employees. Be sure to include the agenda, driving directions and what to bring. If your employees do not have access to the internet, you should print the information and distribute it to the employees. Otherwise you can simply email the specific links to your employees. I appreciate your cooperation.
The report time for each day is 8 AM. When you register please include the day you want to attend. We should be finished with the field-testing by 11:30 AM each day. If all of your personnel can not attend the 8 AM session, please include this information on your Registration form or Contact us email or phone ahead of time and we will be more than happy to add additional test sessions during the day if needed. Please send all people who need the classroom for the first field session at 8 AM.

We do not bill for expenses if they have total of 5 people from other plants. we do not pay any fees.
No special equipment or training required for Whitlow employees. School location is within city limits of Pikeville and is not a mine site.
No special agenda requests other than the school be directed toward the mining industry and dealing more with fugitive dust than with smoke if possible.
