We will not be conducting a
classroom. Mike can show DVD and have people sign an attendance sheet for the
training. Mike should give a copy of the attendance sheet to Dave and Dave
should send it to us with the test papers, and include them as present on our
roster. We will invoice the plant for the number taking the field-test (minimum
of 10) plus round trip travel expenses. Also invoice them for the DVD. We will
not invoice them for any students in the classroom, because we are not having a
