George A. Whitlow- CEO President Founder of Whitlow Enterprises-Retired Louisiana DEQ Air Quality Inspector and Smoke School Provider since 1984.

Angie Whitlow- Business Manager, Smoke School Technician- Oversee the financial aspects of the business, responsible for recruiting and hiring personnel, prepare and transmit weekly payroll, perform smoke school certification testing and assist the crews as needed during the schools. Worked for 30 years as an assistant director for hospital respiratory care in Indiana and Illinois.

Lloyd Blount- Special assistant and advisor to the President, smoke school classroom instructor and operator. Retired from Louisiana DEQ after 30 years of service as a Program Manager and Confidential Assistant to the Secretary, Head of the Louisiana DEQ.

Paul Laird (Left)- marketing, classroom instructor, smoke school operator- Louisiana Division. Retired from Louisiana DEQ after 30 years of service as an Air Quality Inspector
