Reference: Whitlow Enterprises LLC Smoke School EPA Visible Emissions Evaluator Course (VEEC), Training, and TCEQ Certification in accordance with Title 30, Texas Administrative Code
Welcome to Whitlow Smoke School. We are happy to announce that TCEQ has approved us to conduct both one day and two day smoke school courses. Our Texas schedule officially begins on September 30, 2011 at one of my favorite places on earth, LBJ Ranch in Stonewall, Texas deep in the heart of Texas where the buffalo roam and there is miles and miles of Texas.
I have been conducting smoke school since 1984. We love smoke school and you will too. If I’m lying, I’m dying. Wear a positive attitude. I have always strived to provide the best available smoke school training. In the beginning, I trained 500 people at each smoke school as an employee of Louisiana DEQ. In September 2001, I retired form LDEQ and founded Whitlow Enterprises. We started with a hand full of Louisiana companies who preferred to pay for our smoke school rather than attend the free LDEQ smoke school. Now we offer training in 20 states at over 100 locations.
We would love for you to give us a try. If you have registered and prepaid for any upcoming training from another provider, please submit a copy of your receipt and you can attend your first Whitlow Smoke School free on the house.
Please click on our schedule at www.smokeschool.net for registration, maps, directions, hotels, weather, and additional information about each Texas location. Texas Smoke School Locations:

Arkansas and Louisiana Smoke Schools on the Texas Border:
We exist to provide you with old fashioned customer service. We will provide free lunch, hot coffee, fresh donuts, bottled water, and soft drinks at each location. We also provide locations with shelter from the sun and rain. We are looking for industrial plants with picnic shelters and meeting rooms to host smoke schools at these locations. We will also hold smoke school on bordering states at Lake Charles, Shreveport, Minden, Toledo Bend, Fort Smith, and Texarkana. You should register as soon as possible online or by phone. Your call is important to us.
Sincerely,
George Artie Whitlow
